â—¦ We recommend you not to book same day appointments, when you have a special or specific event.
â—¦ Same day appointments will be restricted from online booking. If you are interested in booking a same day appointment, please reach out to the stylist directly before booking.
â—¦ When getting extensions dyed, the stylist should be notified in advance or have hair in her possession three days before your scheduled appointment.
â—¦ Deposits are non-refundable, however they are transferable.
â—¦ We do not service any maintenance on installs that weren’t installed by the stylist.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if arranged ahead of time. Same day cancellations and no shows will forfeit your deposit.

SHIPPING
Immaculate Beauty ships all over the United states within 3-7 business days. The total cost includes taxes, shipping and handling. Tracking confirmations are sent via email once your order is shipped.

RETURNS

Immaculate Beauty does not offer refunds only exchanges for up to 30 days. After 30 days, unfortunately no exchange can be honored. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Extensions must also be in the original packaging.
